You don’t necessarily need a morning routine to be productive
I keep on reading all the positive effects of having morning routines. Indeed, it does contribute to our productivity and general wellbeing, and to be honest, I’m a huge morning routine lover, even though I’ve found it really hard to stick to it lately and you know what? I felt guilty. This is not normal.
Morning routines are not for everyone
Morning routines are not for everyone, and this is ok! It does not mean you are a loser, that your day will be ruined, that you won’t be productive, you name it. We are all different and this is something I want to highlight today.
It’s great to share things that empower us, make us feel good, fulfilled, etc, etc. But for some people who do not feel the same way, it may also sound guilty, and even for those who just couldn’t make it one day, or one week,…
Productivity can lie in other ways
Productivity can lie in so many other ways. Some people are even more productive during the evening, or during the night, or simply during the day. Some other people only need a warm cup of coffee to kickstart the day.
Social media are amazing, it is a great way to exchange, learn, socialize! But it can also be very harmful sometimes. The more one person reads the same content, everywhere, from everyone, the more she feels abnormal and guilty. This should not happen.
Pro tip and self-love
When you feel that way, like I felt, step back, breathe in, breathe out and keep in mind that you’re different and this is what makes you individual. This is the most precious thing you have, your individuality. Do not let social media ruin this.
Happy Tuesday folk, I hope you enjoyed the reading.
Psst: If you have other tips, feel free to share :).
